It's eventually going to blow.....
What happened is the nylon chords inside separated and the air pushed through the rubber and is inflating it.... If it's under warranty, take it back and they will have to replace it.... because it's a manufacturer's defect.... unless you curbed the truck.... if there's any evidence of that they won't replace it... but that also throws the tire off balance....
