Finally managed to figure out what was wrong with submitting this file-

It was too big. So I had to resize it (hopefully not too small so that detail is lost) but Im glad I could get it resized quickly and without much hassle.

This is my lamia character Kylal, with navy hair and mismatched eyes (which you cant see here since his eyes are closed lol) of an icy blue and brown. His tail is meant to have a kingsnake patterning to it, since I couldnt remember his actual patterning from years ago when he was made. (He may have been a python, but theyre overdone.)

Kylal belongs to me but if you would like to use him let me know.
