This is a weird little picture.

All this week I've felt all about Fel and Neo, two of my characters. Neo is my gelert. He's pretty angry with the world, and even worse now that the one he really likes ....doesn't love him back. Neo's life sucks D:

Anyway, I was going for something here and didn't hit it xD Oh well. I was trying to sorta make it glow around him..looks more like I outlined him with the dodge tool O_o;; Oh well.
