He is a Raccoon whith any liquid that comes out of him being some kind of Biohazardous waste. He is a sucessfull experiment who is of course pissed off at his creators... he is just generaly pissed but he has found a home with Ellie and len X3 so yeah here Is BiO =3 hope you like him XD
