SO THE WEIRDEST SHIT HAPPENED THIS MORNING.
I get a message from a girl I've never met, but she goes to my school and has a few mutual friends. As follows,
"Wow my friends Liz ____ and Brandon were right. You are one weird looking A sexual thing aren't you. They said you and your boyfriend look so eerily similar that you could be twin brothers but I really had to see it to believe it! I just have to wonder, is it hard walking out in the world knowing that almost everyone is better looking than you and that people who date you are just settling with you because they can't do better?"
So I posted the screengrab to facebook and about an hour later discovered it's apparently this dude Robert who just likes to stir shit up, has a longstanding hatred of the local coffee shop and their friends (me) and just..
THIS EXISTS? THIS HAPPENS?! I am just alarmed and amused that people like this don't drop off the face of the earth after high school, dear god.
It prompted this after some discussion about his use of the term 'asexual'. Plus I need a good ID.

People like that are to be pitied. "OMG SOMEONE IS DIFFERENT I'M SCURRED SOOO ATTACK!" ;P Either that or he's just looking to boost his own self-esteem because he's THAT insecure about who he is.

When you say "your school," did you mean your junior high school? 'Cause that's pretty immature. Some people just don't grow up. Likewise, I had a guy in college who tried to insult me by defacing a sketch of mine with a moustache, calling me lame, and literally busting out the "you have no friends" line. I'd expect that effort out of an elementary school kid, not a college student.
Regardless, you're cute! I think you're obviously a girl too, not that there's anything wrong with androgyny; obviously a lot of people here dig that. :D

This made me lol, because you're actually pretty adorable. You look cute no matter what look you go for, and from everything i've read and all the emotion and personality that comes through in your art, you're actually a kind, decent and fun person. So what if you're weird. If everyone were the same, life would be boring. It's us weirdos who make life interesting and worth living.

It's sad, really. They'll always be trying to validate themselves by tearing the shit out of other people.
Personally, I think you look quite good. I wish someone would inform me that they think I'm weird and androgynous, but I'm just skeletal and people tell me holocaust jokes because I'm so thin.
