I've been working on this for a while, but then the other day I was reminded the deadline was almost here, so I got a commission inked, then I finished this. flat colours since apparently the the technical skill of the picture isn't as important as the design of the character. anyways, time for the actual description.

personality: Zen generally has a calm disposition and spends a lot of his time in isolation. He is imaginative, humble, well-mannered and tends to be quiet around others, though he is easy to have a conversation with once you get him goin'. He has a strong belief in karma and always tries to do what is right for those around him, even if he doesn't like them. He works in an underground music store and creates airbrush art in his free time.

Likes: Zen shares Kissa's love for sweets, particularly all sour candies and cakes. He loves the nighttime especially because of the stars and general stillness, he likes expressionism, music (ex. dubstep, rock, industrial), spoons, massages, raves and skinny dipping. His favourite drink is V8 fusion juice and his favourite food is jelly on toast. |D

I doubt I'll win. xD I have a feeling he's too plain for her or one of the female submissions will win. I mean, the guidelines said she wanted a character that would really contrast with Kissa, so that's why I didn't splatter his fur with bright colours and stuff. regardless, I really like Zen and his hair. I think they'd make a cute couple. we'll see if I have a shot or not. ;; <3
