A photo of a velvet ant, they're alittle bigger than your pinkie finger. If you see one of these, do not pick it up with your hands, they call them cowkillers around here for a reason. Not really an ant anyway, its a species of wingless wasp native to the south. Took me over a dozen attempts to get a good photo of it, these things can run when they want to.
