Some dogs wear arm warmers; others wear Fallout New Vegas centurion armor.

A commission for Raikou on Subeta of their Kumos: Centurion. He's supposed to look like a legion mongrel wearing centurion armor from Fallout New Vegas. I can't say I've ever played the game so I hope I got it fairly accurate.
