Its not a furry, but its... half-fish..

In a faaar away dimension, mermaids exist. These mermaids have a tight knit society, much like our own, except these mermaids hate any form of art. They hate music, drawing, achitechture, dance, ANYTHING. But somewhere in this artless place, there exist talented mermaids, who want to show to teh world what they have, but have to carry this out in secret. Those who are found out are tattooed to show that they are outcasts.
The paints they use dont work underwater, so they find underwater caves with air, and there, they can paint, as well as listen to music. The strongest musically talented mermaid also created headphones, which only work above water, but serve as a cool accessory. ( teh headphones are called WAVES by Fr. Finn)
