this is just a quick 3 view reference sheet, using images from the character select screen from City of Heroes/Villains, back before it was shut down.
a note for artists: the shadowy aura coming off him is optional in art.. that's there more to hide issues with the games character animation than anything else.
i've taken liberties with the mythological version of Fenrir, to give him a deeper back-story and personality. i prefer to think about him not really as a villain, but more of an anti-hero.. the gods of Asgard are petty, spiteful beings, so Loki and his family taking them down in Ragnarok could be seen as a positive thing if it wasn't for the methods involved destroying so much of the world. i've actually adopted some of the elements and mythological variations from the Eric Flint Pyramid Scheme novel, which has a fairly unique take on the whole setting. (like the families of Loki and Thor being close, or Angrboda being an abusive parent.. great novel, really does a good job of portraying the norse mythology the way it is written, rather than how it is often presented.)
Update: i've revised the page to remove a few things that had been causing me some difficulties. Fenrir may have started as just a character for my MMO pay, not even my main one for CoH to tell the truth (my main character was a blueside Sword+invuln Scrapper by the name of "Tyr's Hand", i created Fenrir as an 'arch nemesis'.. Tyr's Hand being an agent of Tyr sent to earth to hunt for the escaped 'demon-wolf'. )
but Fenrir has grown into my main Fursona. the elements of his CoH days have fallen to the wayside (as a dark melee+regen Stalker he couln dark magic to d travel invisibly, and strike without warning using punches that drew to boost their power.. man i miss the game.) in favor of emphasizing his physical build, while i find myself using him in RP's with some friends i've made here. in effect, what started as just a character of mine has been turning into my Fursona. some of the elements of the character that i had developed back in the CoH days are proving to be rather hard to work with now that he's basically 'me'.. like the dislike of Bondage. it was a concept i'd added when i wasn't really doing much roleplay with him.. but i personally find certain elements of that fetish very interesting visually. so i decided to remove that from his list of dislikes. giving me a chance to branch out a bit. in retrospect, given that the mythological Fenrir could snap any bond at will until the dwarves made a special ribbon to hold him, having Fenrir phobic of being tied up just doesn't make much sense.

in the waning days of CoH, Fenrir finally got around to updating his wardrobe.. sorta. :)

not sure what the policy is for game screenshots here, so i posted to my deviant art so not to press my luck.
it's also where you can find his 'arch nemesis', Tyr's Hand, there sporting his roman inspired look from the same timeframe. (his normal duds are more medieval looking. no decent viking garb in the game sadly..)

some additional information on his mature bits, since it has come up a few times in some of my recent commissions.. he has a wolf style sheath, and his genitals can be based on the extra large "David the Werewolf" from bad dragon.. with a coloration similar to his body markings. size wise his is longer though, almost 2 feet long.
