Yes. He is a young Japanese prince/son of a daimyo during a time of peace in his reigning land. A neighboring area that wants revenge for past deeds of this prince's land sends their own prince over as a 'peace offering' to show that there is no hard feelings. But this visiting prince is actually a trained killer and he is sent there to destroy the family. =o But ends up just hanging out and falling in love with the prince in the drawing above. xD
