I've been waiting for a picture like this ever since I created The Psycho Lycan as a character. I pictured exactly this. And RileySerenity did it for me. :'] I'm gonna cry,
But in all seriousness, I love this. I love this character. And I haven't seen a toon quite like her ever. So it's make me even more happy how (in my experience) original she is. And I this picture even more.
