While Duuz was being suggested, someone hinted me along with the nudging of Duuz that I should give it a try on Greymon.
Just like with Duuz, it's been too long since I gave my greetings upon that massive digi-dinosaur and I wanted to make it a good one as well~
So Greymon evolves intooooo.............Greymon? But not just any kind of Greymon: he is the Ultra-Champion now, bitch! Better than Mega and definately higher in all stats, so you better pray for a quick demise (or that you're on his side) when he is going to get into proper action~

Nah, because most Mega's are mechas and therefor, should be laughed at for the fact that they hide underneat their armors >8C

Nope, haven't seen a non-armored mega before, so I have to say I am tad surprised now that you were able to provide a proper list. (And if I have seen one before, then it has looked more like a human with superpowers, which makes me wonder why would they be digital monsters in the first place.)
