Madame was excited today. Her leather leash and collar had come in, complete with a small medallion of her choosing. She took it from the small shipping box and crept quietly up behind Bakel.
She threw it quickly around his neck, a small clasp holding it fast against the scales. His color flashed to red in a near instant with anger as he looked back, reaching up to pull at the tightness around his throat.
It was too late though, for Madame already had him! She gave a strong tug, just to show who was boss.
