This is, totally hands down, the cutest Pikachu OC I've seen in my entire life. The accessories just work so amazing on the character. It feels like there's not enough to make him seem overly convoluted, but enough to really add such a beautiful flair to the character. This takes a lot for me to gush about as I'm usually not crazy about these things, and avoid faving a lot of things, but this, this I just love. The creative glamour of the character mixed with the artstyle, and that beautiful tail is just perfect together.

Absolutely adorable. This character is fantastic, and the art behind it only makes that stand out more. Quite a special piece I reckon! Shame you don't draw him enough, he's astonishingly eye-catching, to me at least.

Ehe. Well I rarely comment on anything to be frank. Only on things I consider totally outstanding. This adorable piece of work is one of those things.
And there's nothing wrong with too many characters. A quick little dive through your art shows that you have a knack for making this simply adorable in your own personal way. I really dig your style, it's so crisp and .. sorry for over using this term but, cute and adorable.
You really have a LOT of charisma in your art, and it speaks to me so much, especially in this certain piece here, which is a mixture of everything I find cute and fun to look at, and interesting character design, which is always a treat.
