What kind of material did you used for the muzzle? and what kind of places sell it? I can't find the right word in my language for searching it XD Thankies :3

He probably used some sort of 'High-desity' foam. Easier than low density to carve to a certain shape, and very lightweight. Upholstry stores may have it, and furniture werehouses are full of the stuff.
