So,  Deadlyallianceleader Did this one for me! It's Chaos dressed as Professor Plum from Clue, I guess, shooting off a roman Candle. I never really got into clue, but I know the characters.

Actually, thats a rocket. Like an M-1000 or something. A roman Candle is more or less a device that you plant in the ground (Or run around with if you were a reckless kid from the 80s ;) ) and it launches colored bolts!
