This is Mali, Alik's younger sister.

Mali has some psychic abilities like being able to read some people's thoughts and moving some things with her mind, but Strance had been putting stuff in her food to enhance her abilities. She gets ill from the experiments. She knows what they're doing to her, but she doesn't want to inform her brother as she doesn't want him getting angry and do something that might get him killed or put the both of them in a worse situation.

She tries to just deal with it for the sake of her and her brother since all it was doing to her was making her ill. Strance put a collar on her to make sure she doesn't escape the facility.

Mali's powers since the enhancement allow her to: Read minds whenever she wants to, move large objects with her mind, make herself and others fly, heal wounds, and make psychic blasts of energy.
