Hmm, that's odd... Was your internet significantly slow at the time? I remember uploading a GIF here once, which also appeared to be frozen at the first frame, but turns out it was just the internet being a jerk. Other than that, it could maybe have been too high quality? I'm not really sure, I'm far from an expert when it comes to computers, hah.
