Description: During my erite up for a few songs for my soundtrack, I thought I'd implement a concept (or more bluntly a gimmick) for the tone and style of some of my songs for the mock RPG. I came to the conclusion that the soundtrack will reflect upon the two main characters of the RPG: A young blue/white wolf named Vince and a late 20s, black, male human who I'm still working on the name. The wolf will represent the acoustic, orchestral tones of the music while the human represents the electronic, synth part of the OST. As their paths cross the music will be a mixture of the two.
This particular drum n' bass song obviously portrays the human and is a introduction to his high-tech city. (Special thanks to my friend Leo who helped alot with the drum rhythm,)
Inspiration: Bomberman 64, Kirby Superstar, Drum N' Bass genre, Final Fantasy 13-2

Damn, I really like this! The beat is awfully in-your-face as is the bassline if they're being used for something calm like an intro or a town, but at the same time, it's kind of nice to break from convention now and then. This really sounds good all together, too. It's nice and cohesive, professional, too!
Haha I know town and intro themes usually are calm but the city the human character comes from is very fast paced, modern city like Tokyo or New York so when the player jumps into the shoes of him, they'll know it's a huge departure from the...paws(?) of Vince who's town theme is much more traditional RPG sounding.
I'm glad you like how neatly tight the song is, it was a bit longer before but I wanted it to be tight and cohesive. As for the professional sound, I need to really thank my buddy Leo (not a furry on here, he's a fellow student who at my college) He's a pro at mastering songs which I have almost no knowledge, I just slap a mastering VST like Izotope on my song and is like "aww that sounds sweet xD". Also helped with the drums so I guess that stood out a little. XP You can always count on me for a catchy melody and bassline though! :3
