The first of two commissions for my friend  hyenafur ....An illustration for the STAR TREK fanfiction he is continuing to work on. The story concerns a future descendant of his character Khalfani and his life in the timeline of the STAR TREK universe. This scene depicts Khalfani's birth aboard the ENTERPRISE. His parents are Balthazar and his wife Samira (also characters belonging to hyenafur)....Balthazar is the current head of one of the ruling houses of the planet Canis,which has just recently been admitted to the United Federation of Planets.
