Wenn Black als richtig gemacht hat.... müste er den Technokraten verhaften lassen können (ohne weitere probleme).
Im sinne von machtübernahme wärend abwesendheit.
Aber das würde nicht zum stiel des comics passen da ich eher davon ausgeh das TK eien art straffeerteilen wird als rache.
