So, little known fact: I have a slightly unhealthy obsession with the character Fenris from Dragon Age II. Seeing how I'm mated, I wasn't allowed to make a plushie-Fenris, so I made a little keychain dude instead! I actually took an existing keychain doll of "Spartacus", from the String Doll Gang, stripped it and made it my own. It took a long, long time, but with a lot of patience and love, Fenris came to be. He even has little lyrium markings all over, but they are almost completely covered up by the clothes. Oh well. That's attention to detail and dedication for you. <3

Thank you! I like how his hair turned out, too. I was originally starting to make it out of string, but it looked horrible. Horrible! So I traded it in for felt and tada! Perfect.
Yeah, there are a lot of brands out there doing basically the same thing. I don't really care for one over the other. I just wanted the basic form because it's sturdy, well made and I didn't have to figure out how to make it nice and neat.

Thank you! I don't know if I would make another one. The base keychain is ungodly expensive ($10 minimum for a little lump of string?) plus other supplies, plus the hours of time spent into it. It would end up being something like a $20-30 commission. But I appreciate that you took the time to really look at him.
