Commission Policy:
All prices listed are base prices and can be raised/lowered depending on the piece. Work on commission will not start until payment is received. Failure to finish piece after a certain estimate point will result in an apology and a refund.

All content is negotiable as well. However, I refuse the right to turn down select content, and will try to reach an alternate compromise if such an issue arises.
