I'm afraid I've never heard of that form of magic.

Try a google search for Blue Magic and Dungeons and Dragons.

I know that in some Final Fantasy games blue magic is learning the attacks made by monsters.

But the DnD I've played organized spells into "schools" (arcane) or "domains" (divine). And a google search for the two combined gives me a homebrew "blue mage" class from one of I assume several D&D wikis, two torrent download sites, another wiki's attempt to organize the schools of magic into "colors", and a digital copy of the AD&D Book of Sex.
