There's no rule about posting non-animals (in fact,  MrK-9 just posted a drawing of Cthulhu yesterday) . Pretty much as long as it's your art you can post it.

Ooh, okay. I thought I had heard that this place kind of frowned on anything that might be not-exactly-furry-ish (I was thinking Cthulhu might be skirting the line) but that's good to know.

I do find it odd that you're also allowed to post other peoples' art as well though! I'm not used to that. All the other galleries I've been a part of frown on that.

I don't know how the reception for non-furry pieces is, but as far as the rules of the site are concerned it's all good.

A lot of people who aren't artists -  drayk for example - like to showcase their characters. If you paid for a commission or received art as a gift it is "yours" in a sense; as long as you don't claim that you drew it.

The only thing I don't like about that policy is that I sometimes end up +faving art on the commissioners account and not giving the original artist the proper praise.

Some artists post non-furry thingies all the time. :3
