Anyway here's the last of the main cast, Ketzal the "Dragon Queen".

She is not actually a dragon, obviously. But she's been raised in an environment where she was coddled and constantly told she was the harbinger of the return of the evil queen from a thousand years ago.

She's still a child, though, so she's bratty and unstable, but very intelligent and cunning. She pulls the strings from the shadows and those few who know her personally know that it's wise to be wary of her.

The feathers are just decorations. She's a Quetzalcoatlus
