Surpriseartattack! This was done for Zyraxus/Zevon as a thank-you for being a brand-new watcher for me on Nabyn. His character was so cool-looking that I just couldn't resist trying my hand at sketching him. So many spikes and horns! It was fun C:

This pose would have been pretty bland if Zevon/Zy weren't doing anything, so since his profile mentioned something about Tarot cards I decided to sketch him in the middle of a Tarot reading. From the looks of it he's gotten a pretty interesting reading.

Slowly I'm starting to get a hang of a good shading/highlighting style for this kind of sketch. This particular one took me longer than usual - mostly because I spent a lot of time clicking back and forth between the few pictures of Zevon Zyraxus has uploaded to figure out perspective. I've been trying to work on a darker background so it looks more like I'm working on toned paper. I really like that style of sketch.
