Sketch-a-day #26 - Bears Practice
For today's sketch, I decided to take the opportunity for a bit of practice. One area I am a little weak in is that characters I draw of the same species tend to look very similar. So I set out to sketch a selection of bear characters and try to draw them all differently from each other, in both face and body.
It was an interesting excercise. I will leave it to you all to decide how successful I was at making them distinct enough from each other...

Great you could do wider shoulders on a body builder or diff hair styles rather than the "Ziggy" look [Flat top, Pony tail etc] broader hips + Gut [Pear shape - think Baloo the bear] Loved you did a Gorilla earlier in the week, you tend to do Bears, Lions, Tigers, Badgers + Wolves/Canines a lot of the time [Cos you're good at them]
