I'm really lovin the composition here. Placing him down towards the bottom right of the frame and having parts of him exceed off the edge (called closure) is a prety powerful effect that gains attention (at least really well for me).
I love the detail and the pose and the expression of his one eye really make the feeling of stress and unhappieness work.
