not bad. :) generally spoken, a nice anthro lizard here. I would have given the neck a slight curve, and enhanced the chest and shoulders a bit more.
the upper legs seem to begin at different points of the hip; maybe the hip area itself needs some work. the leg to the left seem to sit a bit lower than the right.

the leg pose reminds me of an old Masters of the Universe-lizard figure. not a mistake generally, but in my opinion more straight would be better, it would need less muscle energy. ^^

the paws look like they're boneless. they're the right size, but somehow featureless.
as for the hands, they look decent, but I'd resitze them, to at least double their actual size. a human's hand ashould be able to cover the entire face, an anthro animal's hand should be able to cover the cranium at least. in my opinion. :)
