We used to have then in the basement of the place I was living at prior. Camel crickets that is, not the spiders. Spiders are really cool but also scary. :o

Strider grins to Kooky. "Oh, really?" The wolf pads over closer to the mean dog which gives him a deadly, vicious look. "Ca--lm down doggie..." he says. The wolf carefully crouches and gets down on his knees, first sliding a paw through Meanie's right side. The dog seems to calm down a little, then, and unexpectedly, he lies on his tummy, rolls over, and glances the wolf like inviting him to give him a treat. Strider smiles and pushes his paws on Meanie's tummy, the wolf eventually gives the dog firm tummy rubs, he observes the beast's behaviour; the left leg and hindpaw shake and beat the air with every deep rub the wolf gives him. Meanie sticks his tongue out, eyes half-open, half-closed; his facial expression show how much he is loving this. Strider grins and looks at Kooky, "Wow.. You were right Kooky..!!" He giggles and gives the foxie a well deserved snug after he's done with Meanie; the beast is now calmed and wagging his tail to him.

See, I told you. Hehe. ;) Works for my dog too at least, the monster.
