Ah-ha- If saying it so, this resembles "LUPIN the 3RD" world.

This picture was considerably subject to the influence of Akira Toriyama (author of DragonBall).
His comics are my textbooks.

I love the distinctly anime-like styling to this drawing, not to mention that it has Saints Row 3 as its subject matter. Nice work! ^_^

Ohhh yeah, the song from the original Footloose movie! :) I like that the developers of Saints Row 3 put the song in that game. The purple vehicle the guys are riding in looks awesome as well...perfect for a chasing or getaway event.
