Here is the wolf suit with which I attended Furry Fiesta 2012.
This suit requires some explanation, because without all the people behind it, I would not have been at this con.
Initially, a dragon suit (Ike) was in the works. However, the suit artist could not meet the deadline (and by that I mean, took my money and vanished) Because of this, the idea of suiting to FF'12 was a quickly fading one.
- Jaga! Like a perfectly-timed miracle, she posted a journal just before the con advertising her friend's fursuit for sale. Well, I have a wolf character, and I would gladly help a friend out. Without this post, I never would have found this suit. Thank you a million times over.
- This is the original owner of the suit. Somehow, this dude is exactly the same size as me; the head and body fit perfectly, with only slight additions to the leg cuffs. Let me just say, I am proud to own this suit. I had nothing short of an absolute blast running around as a wolf at this con, and I have this awesome wolf to thank for that.
- This guy was right there to help out when I needed just that one last part of the costume. He did awesome work, and I am very appreciative that he did it with haste. Unfortunately, though he finished and shipped long before the deadline, USPS felt it was not necessary to deliver that package to me. I feel awful that I didn't get to flaunt his work at the con, but I can't wait for it to come in so I can.
- Wow. Here I am at a con, and I need a set of paws desperately. I walk into the artist's alley and spot Monoyasha at the rear, so I head on over. Her quality looks amazing, and she says she could have paws done in a night. I powerwalked like nothing you've ever seen to an ATM so I could pay this amazing artist. She took my paws commission and completed it in a single night, with absolutely perfect quality, during her con time. If you don't already know this name, it's time to; she is an amazing artist and I cannot thank her enough for taking her time to help me out.
