Haha, cheers dude. Yours is undoubtably cleaner than mine though - mine has a few 'character scars' around it haha, but it's all about use! The lip gets a battering sometimes from being that low. I just had a quick look through some of your pics, I didn't know 240's didn't come with twin piston brakes! Looks nice ;]
D'aww...thanks for the compliment! Mine isn't without its character scars too. So no worries. But yeah...the US 240SX came with barely 10" rotors with single piston calipers all around. A friend of mine and I did the brake upgrade using 1996 Nissan 300ZX TwinTurbo brake calipers and rotors. 4 piston calipers up front and 2 piston calipers in the rear and naturally, bigger rotors all around with vented rotors in the rear as well. Something that was also not standard on the stock 240SX braking system. All in all, I'm very pleased with the setup. You IMMEDIATELY feel how much stronger the brakes are. Stopping harder and faster with less effort feels nice. :3. Does your's come with 4-piston front and 2-piston rears?
Driveways aren't the problem here, massive speedbumps are! I'm more about form AND function on my car rather than lifestyling, and with the complete set of alignment arms (rose jointed rear camber arms, rear toe arms, rear traction arms and front tc arms) and the coilovers, it sits at this height/setup for a reason! There's actually a fair bit of camber on it, both front and rear, but the photo doesn't show it really, probably because of the angle lol. With the diff I've got in there now and the camber/toe-in I'm running on the back it's just right, any more camber and I'd never be able to put the power down properly, and since I use it daily, I like the power as well as the tail-happiness ;]
