man that looks totally cool and awesome!

i think i found a lil' steril pond once. or something similar. it was kinda in this outcropping of rock in a small forest near san antoni. we went there i dipper my toes in it. sometimes i wonder if that spot is still real...

man a real sterile pond would scare me :< i'd be wondering what horrible toxins we put in the water to prevent ANY life from being able to get a foothold.

that's why i said 'almost' sterile for my pond. there was nothing living in it (fish, bugs, etc), but it was just a random thing that was really tiny and, well, had been mostly ignored by nature. c:

but yeah sterile ponds that'd have to be like, some crazy stuff. there's this place called Berkeley Pit that's been poisoned with all kinds of copper and heavy metals from mining to the point where merely touching it can mean death (just ask the geese :<) but even THEN it still totally has some algae growing on it.

so yeah sterile ponds... kinda weird when you think about it.

word. one of the lakes has a swimming area not far from the house now. i haven't been swimming in a few years either (cause of hiding tats from the madre)
