Found an old arcade game named CarnEvil and really liked the clown from it.
I tried to draw it and this is my result. I'm happy with most of it, but I might try to go back an redo the teeth in the front. They just look weird.
I did tweak him quite a bit as well, mainly because I couldn't find a good screen shot or pic of him anywhere online.
