When I went back to the drawing, I realized I had put the wrong brother on the wrong side, so I flipped the picture. It still looks good to me, I just wish I had planned that better. Maybe we'll get to see the other side of the JR twin's faces soon enough.

I was originally going to make them have 3 because snakes each have two and since they are conjoined they would share one. Or they'd have 2 and the one they controlled would by on their opposite side i.e. Jeff would be on the same side as Jon's dick. But, IDK.
And yes, four balls does look kinda gross. LOL If you've ever seen Invader Zim, it just reminded me of the episode with Turkey Neck and his neck meats.... Bleh.
