Woo hoo! This outfit is completely absolutely Roxi! Since Roxi was inspired from Cleo from the 80s Catillac Cats, there were side characters that dressed in super 80s stuff along with the more classic characters. This is really great! My brain can totally pick out some of the colors from the neon 80s pallet, but I'm really curious about the ones you're thinking about for it.

I'm so glad you like it, 80's clothes just suit her well! And yes, the neon colors will be SO fun to do! There may be some green or blue with yellow, definitely needs to contrast her pink fur and hair. ^_^

I was born in 1984, and remember a great deal. Was raised on 80s New Wave and Synthpop, and frankly.. it's still the best music to listen to. I play vinyl records and watch 80's cartoons and movies. Best decade ever.
