Thats our Hillbilly Hound's odd friend. Kellar is a loony collie, he keeps drinking, dances all around, spurts out bad jokes and lives his life at the fullest with minimal use of a shower and clothing change. As loud as he is, kindness is one of his virtue and he wont hesitate to knock some sense into anyone causing trouble around town. In the end, his brash attitude may be a front for lesser known past incident.
