For those unfamiliar with this guy, Moki is a Nu Mou black mage blessed with bloodline powers and a legendary level of incompetence and mental deficiency.
Approximately nine out of ten attempts to cast a spell will fail utterly in painful or humiliating ways - if it ends up being the spell he even wanted in the first place.
And then there are those times when everything goes exactly as planned.
The gestures, the words, the mental focus; everything flows through him at double capacity, turning his humble spell into something grand. What was once Thunder is now Thundera; if Thundera, Thundaga; if Thundaga, the skies shatter and summon comets. Oh dear.
Still, this is the former of those transformations; an electrical burst manifesting into a targeted storm of lightning. Good work, lad!
