this draw is basically an addapttion of the view of sindo of Folken, the number 2 of GREENWAR -the terrorist organization/ mini army who fight against ciro & company- but really the brain of the group, because Johann, the boss, is REALLY insane :P (yeah, yeah, the wolf is the evil one again, but in the case of folken his motivation never was completly discovered...)
To all the people who knows him, Folken was a very interesting person; friendly, very intelligent, kind and educate, don´t have nothing similar to a military past. He comes from the aristocracy for a country near Megania and the Rupian Federation.
When the 1000 days war beguns, Folken notized about the brutality of some of the libreators of the Rupian Federation against the person who colaborates or simpatizes with Megania (fatality, of course), so changes his nationality to meganian, but don´t was sended to fight because wsasn´t a bird (remember alexander´s friends history? basically, racism). But the wolf had good connections, so he starts to work in the planiffication command and learns a lot from the best meganian generals before they die.
When the war finishes with the anhilation of Megania form the Albornoz Empire and Rupian Forces, Folken passes to the clandestinity with several scientifics and technicians, and hides into a small island in the tropics. He still can use his fortune, so, slowly, he buy the materiasl to make one underground base , and airport, and buys several excedent war machines. this last part of course was detected by the imperial and rupian intelligence, but simply don´t cares. As he don´t have a military title, he purposes Johann as leader, and several people pnly accepts the duck because Folken reccomends him. but that was another part of Folken´s giant plan.... (megatron style XD) and that includes even to his lover, Adria Lenfent....
