This is my crow, Alduin. Have I played Skyrim? Nope. He's got a humeral fracture of the left wing there that was already healed badly when he was caught and brought in. Because he's a mellow beastie, and gets along with my magpie, he's a come to live with me as soon as the weather turns.

I work with a licensed wildlife rehabilitation center, and it is legal for me to possess a crow as a pet. In most places in the US and Canada it is illegal to possess native birds. You can buy non-native crows such as the African pied crow from breeders, but they are extremely expensive. If you want a crow, I suggest you try volunteering at your local wildlife center to get to know how to take care of the birds, as they are a lot of work, and I do mean a lot. Because they're so intelligent, they get bored easily, and can get depressed too. 8> Not to be filled with gloom, but they're not an animal to have unless you've got a lot of time for them, and enjoy cleaning up a lot of messes.
