(Powers) Really f*cking smart, 4. Otherwise a tech type hero.
(Bio) CEO of CSCS, Chasadori decided that he needed to help patrol his own city. While it's not a well kept secret that he is NCR, he doesn't really have anyone that a supervillain can target for collateral damage. He uses a wide variety of tech from CSCS to be the vigilant protector of the city he serves, and in mostly uses a powerful sound amplification weapon called The End Of Days, a guitar shaped, bladed axe.
As for weaknesses... he doesn't have any real resistances to anything, and if you were to shoot him in tyhe head, he'd go down. Of course, he has respawners, but that's a footnote.

(Real name): Andrew T.H.

(Powers): DreamForge2, able to create objects and people from his own dreamworld. like summoning and conjuration, he achives this by Drawing the images on paper and then uses his DreamWheel necklace to give life to the paper and the paper transforms into the thing drawn on it.
(bio): spent most of his younge life as a normale kid growing up, till one day when he was 8 years old he drew a picture he saw in a dream, it was the first picture he ever drew and was so amazed at the detail and effort he put into his work he wished at that moment the thing was real. that night when he went to bed he saw the thing again, opening and spinning befor him with golden light, it wasnt until the object shrunk down into his hand and formed a gold chain around his neck that he realised, he wasnt dreaming , he was in fact wide awake and jsut recived the means to make all his dreams, reality. he never tested what he was able to do until he was 13 when some men from a "mental hospital" came to collect him, deeming him to dangerouse to be left out in the world. at that point Andrew had already drawn many pictures of the characters and things from his dreams and the one he grabed was the picture of a big White Bear he saw and called it out of the paper, the small golden wheel around his neck spun and golden light pours from the necklace and into the paper and transformed it in the Great White bear, who pushed the men away and Took Andrew to safty. he has been on the run ever sense.

Jack was simply on his way to a business trip; at the airport he trips on the escolater and falls for at least five minutes before he notices something incredibly odd out of the corner of his eye, distracting him from falling and he suddenly hangs in mid-air. huh... anti-gravity powers...
