I dedicate this creature design to my dad, who read me Lovecraft for bedtime stories as a child. I will never find cephalopodean horrors to be anything but cute.

Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by the idea of cute, kind, and misunderstood monsters. This design is based on what I imagined lurked beneath my bed, a horrific tentacle-covered nightmare who honestly just wanted to play. Thus, my imaginary friend Cephy was born. Together, we adventured on countless dream quests, often fighting the horrors looming in the depths of the Dark Closet. Now, as a T-shirt design, Cephy hopes to help others do battle with the things that cause fear, engage in tickle wars, and give many kind hugs. I hope you like her!

The pallet is limited to 6 colors + black, no gradients as I do not think those would be possible with simple screen printing. This is why Cephy's coloration is so simple.
