Farachon.
Or FC. Or Fatchaos.
More in a... "classic" style of choice of apparel, none of the modern stuff, no no. Also a zweihander type of sword, because. BECAUSE.
Also, I am a fan of conventional, non-oversized armor, as you can clearly see.
Done completely with tablet this time, from scratch to finish, no classic pencil & paper used like I usually do when I sketch things.

This is made of pure awesomeness! The armor looks really cool, with all those spiffy details and such. And I agree, the non-oversized type of armor does have its charms.
The sword very cool, the pose is badass, and the glowing effects are really well done.
This must be one of your most impressive pictures to date, amazing work!

Thank you!
That is true, which is a bit shameful, since there is a lot of details and all, but I wanted to use strong shading on this, because I wanted a dark, dark blizzard feel to it. And yes, it did give me an opportunity to show off his glowing markings more visibly. Despite some of them being hidden under the armor.

Indeed. Not to mention how... simply unconventional it is. Oversized armor usually have impossible design that makes it nearly impossible to move properly, let alone FIGHT in it. But as far as I know... armor is made to protect you in a fight.
But thanks!
But thanks!
Practical armor is the best armor. Well yeah, love the completed masterpiece although the background is now a little more realistic that it actually obscures some parts of it, notably the wings(winter nights tend to do that) but the luminous cyan markings stand out nicely here. Need I say more of how rugged, epic and magnificent this is? Well, cheers! . Seriously, the prospect of encountering a fearsome figure fully armed for combat in a night like this would really make one shiver(and not because of the cold either). :3
Indeed it is. And I was well aware that the snowfall would obscure some of the image, but that is what blizzards tend to be, so I did not want to make it seem any less... well... snowy. Luckily some of the markings indeed are showing, which gives that glow to show off in the dark. And were there no snow at all, it would be even darker.
But hey, thanks! I really appreciate that! Cheers.
