Well, Minda is a small town Librarian, she quiet and shy, used to the small town life. When she is transfered to an inner city library, big, noisy, and full of miscreants and quirky characters, (Namely the Ney York Public Library) she feels like a fish out of water.

It's supposed to have some dry, sarcastic humor along with some slapstick and cynisism as well.
