This is Celsius, a superhero version of my character Circ that exists in 
blackjackaught's Empire City setting! He has control over and can form ice out of thin air! This control extends to water as well, and quite possibly steam! He's not sure about that yet...
I came up with him about a couple months ago while wigging the fuck out over playing Arkham City and BEING THE BAT. The idea just popped into my head and I was like, "Sure, why not?" And now that character's just grown and grown until I felt like it would be super fucking fun to just take him on officially as part of my FA shenanigans.
FA is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The galleries are extended gutters and the gutters are full of semen and piss and when the tubes finally clog with smegma, all the perverts will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and drama will foam up about their waists and all the confirmed rapists and admins will shout "Fave this!" and I will whisper "No, go fave it over at
