For this piece my teacher put on the song "Back in Black" by ACDC and told us to draw whatever shapes it made us think of. I drew the background in this manner before the song ended.
Then my teacher had us take whatever we drew and turn it into a project. I find it rather entertaining what influence music had on my art... while the background, influenced by ACDC, is chaotic and dark and messy, my foreground (influenced by my own music back home) turns the piece more sad and introspective.
