Yet another-nother character of LV. Up!
Her name is Betsy, one of Clair's best friends.
She specializes in magic techniques (with the use of a wand that looks like a paint brush), but her slight clumsiness and a bit of insecurity (going many, which ways) keeps some people from taking her seriously. But when she's with her friends, her habbit of being clumsiness and insecurity is cut down by about.... 1/50. But even with her friends her habit can double or even triple! So she's kind of a mixed package.
And one of my favorite characters in the Lv. Up project.
